The Alien Signals BBS has been taken off-line while I do some major upgrades and it will remain unavailable until the work has been completed. I am installing a new terminal server which will serve both dial-up nodes, and it will include a change in the way users are authenticated.
I also plan to implement a new user verification door to make security upgrades easier. Those wishing to use the BBS will need to re-register their accounts and validate their information prior to obtaining access to the new system. I do apologize for the inconvenience for those who have registered previously.
